The Social Welfare Department today (May 29) reminded organisations wishing to hold flag days from April 2010 to March 2011 that the deadline for applications is June 5, 2009.
Application forms together with the "Explanatory Notes for Application for Flag Days in 2010-11" can be downloaded from the department's website at www.swd.gov.hk. The completed application form together with the required documents should reach the Lotteries Fund Projects Section of the department at Room 3601-02, 36/F, 248 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, by 6pm on June 5, 2009. Late applications will not be considered.
