Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, today (May 10) participated in a "Clean Hong Kong Day" event. He distributed antiseptic cleanser, alcohol swabs and human swine influenza pamphlets to shop owners in Mong Kok. Next to him is District Officer (Yau Tsim Mong) Mrs Vicki Kwok (centre).
