Hospital Authority diuretic drug replacement update

The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:

     The Hospital Authority (HA) started to arrange drug replacement for patients under medication treatment of diuretic drug Frusemide 40 mg on 23 April.  As at 7:00 pm today, HA arranged to replace the drug for a total of 15,516 patients.  The arrangement was smooth and orderly.

     The drug replacement service will last for two weeks until 6 May.  The daily operating hours is from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm from Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays.
