The Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, began his visit to Beijing today (April 15). He called on the Vice Chairman of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Mr Dong Songgen, in the morning. They discussed enhancing co-operation between the arbitration trade on the Mainland and in Hong Kong and technical issues relating to the provision of arbitration services in Hong Kong.
