The Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs, Mrs Carrie Yau (left), presents a souvenir to the 1st Vice-Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea, Mr Kim Jang-sil today (April 7). The souvenir, titled "Mixing", is a painting written with milk tea and coffee by a student of the Academy of Visual Arts, the Hong Kong Baptist University.   Close
