Hong Kong Customs strengthens co-operation with Italy's Guardia di Finanza (with photo)

The Commissioner of Hong Kong Customs and Excise, Mr Richard Yuen (right), and the Commander-in-Chief of the Guardia di Finanza of Italy, Lieutenant General Cosimo D'Arrigo, signed a work plan to strengthen co-operation against transnational customs crimes.
