The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, visited Sai Kung District this afternoon (February 23) to get an update on the district. Mr Lam's first stop was a visit to the HKMLC Queen Maud Secondary School at Hau Tak Estate, Tseung Kwan O.
