The festive dance event "Dance Day", organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, is held today (February 21) at the Tsuen Wan Town Hall. Officiating at the opening ceremony are the Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs, Mrs Carrie Yau (centre), the Chairman of Tsuen Wan District Council, Mr Chau How-chen (left) and Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, Mr Thomas Chow (right).   Close
