     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (February 7):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a territory-wide flag day. The Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions Hong Ling Foundation for the Well-being of the Elderly Limited has been approved to sell flags throughout the territory from 7am to 12.30pm.
