Police are appealing for information about a traffic accident in Cheung Sha Wan on December 16, in which a 50-year-old male driver was seriously injured and later died in hospital.
About 12.45am that day, a private car driven by a 50-year-old man was travelling along northbound Tung Chau Street. When it turned left into Lai Chi Kok Road, it lost control and rammed into a water mill barrier on the road side and overturned. The driver sustained injury on his forehead and was conveyed to the Princess Margaret Hospital where he was certified dead at 1.50am on December 23.
Investigations by the Accident Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West are underway.
