Services provided by Mobile Library 8 and 9 would be suspended from mid-January to early February due to routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (January 5).
Service points of Mobile Library 9 to be affected from January 12-17 are Kai Yip Estate in Kowloon Bay, Tsui Ping (South) Estate in Kwun Tong, Tin Wan Estate, Siu Sai Wan Estate, Tai Hong Street in Lei King Wan and Shing Man Lane in Heng Fa Chuen. Enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 9, please call 2505 4690.
Service points of Mobile Library 8 to be affected from January 19 to February 3 are Laguna City in Lam Tin, Po Tat Estate in Sau Mau Ping, Tai Hang Tung Estate, Laguna Verde in Hung Hom and Fu Cheong Estate in Sham Shui Po. Enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 8, please call 2926 3055.
People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephone at 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk.
