    Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (January 3):

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation, The Mongkok Kai-Fong Association Limited and Hong Kong Association for Cleft Lip & Palate will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
