Hongkong Post today (January 2) announced that it would hold the Children's Stamps Design Competition - "Hong Kong in My Eyes", with support from the Education Bureau as co-organiser.
Children's Stamps Design Competition provides opportunities for children to better understand this city and encourage them to design their own creative piece reflecting the uniqueness of Hong Kong.
Entries will be accepted on or before March 13. There will be four Grand Prizes and 10 Merit Prizes. Selective winning entries may be adopted in the design of children's stamps to be issued in 2010. Each entry will also receive a souvenir as a token of appreciation for participantsˇ¦ support.
Entry forms will be sent to all primary schools in Hong Kong. They will also be available at all post offices on Monday (January 5). Photocopied forms will also be accepted. Forms can also be downloaded from the Hongkong Post Stamps website at (www.hongkongpoststamps.com). Please refer to the Appendix 1 for details.
