Land resumption for drainage works in Tai Po

The Government will resume 41 private agricultural lots with a total area of about 5,889.9 square metres in various areas in Shuen Wan, Tai Po, to make way for drainage improvement works to alleviate the flooding problem there.
A notice for the land resumption was published in the Gazette today (December 12).
The project is scheduled to begin in January 2009, for completion in January 2012.
