     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (December 6):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Methodist Centre, Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps and Life Education Activity Programme will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
