     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (November 22):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Retina Hong Kong, Tsz Kwong Community Service Link and Wai Ji Christian Service will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
