     Following is the transcript of remarks (English portion) by the Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, at a media session outside Downing Street after meeting the British Prime Minister, Mr Gordon Brown, yesterday (November 18, London time):

Reporter: I wonder if I could ask for your reaction to the seizing of the Hong Kong ship by pirates.

Chief Executive: Well I just heard about it. I want to find out about it. This could be a serious matter for us. We'll deal with it.
