     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (October 25):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Aberdeen Kai-Fong Welfare Association Limited, Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power and Sai Kung and Tseung Kwan O Women's Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
