Mr Keith Lomas, former Deputy Commissioner of Police who retired in 1994 , received a souvenir plaque, when he and 18 others who all passed out of the former Police Training School in 1958 as police probationary sub-inspectors, visited the Hong Kong Police College today (October 18).   Close
