     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (October 11):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Aged Concern Limited, Rotary Club of Hong Kong City North Community Service Fund Limited and The Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
