Closure of evening general out-patient clinics

The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:  

     The Hospital Authority announces that its evening general out-patient clinics will close this evening as the HK Observatory has announced that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is expected to be issued at or before 6pm today (September 23).  Out-patients are advised to make a new appointment after the cancellation of Signal No. 8.  Accident & Emergency services at hospitals will remain open as normal.

     Regarding the services of out-patient clinics and day hospitals tomorrow, public announcements will be made on TV / radio stations before 7am tomorrow.
