| Nearly 100 students and library volunteers were awarded for their efforts and services today (September 20) during the Certificate Presentation Ceremony of Reading Programme for Children and Youth and the Voluntary Helpers Programme organised by the Hong Kong Public Libraries of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
