CS to attend Beijing Paralympics Closing Ceremony

     The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, will leave for Beijing on Tuesday (September 16) to attend the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games Closing Ceremony.  During his stay in Beijing, Mr Tang will also call on the Beijing Organising Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad and relevant departments of the Central Government including the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Health.  

     Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong on September 19.  During his absence, Secretary for Education, Mr Michael Suen, will be Acting Chief Secretary.
