Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission Mr Justice Pang Kin-kee (centre) concludes the 2008 Legislative Council election at the media centre in the Hongkong International Trade and Exhibition Centre, Kowloon Bay, after the announcement of all election results this morning (September 8).
