Cheers for Hong Kong team and torchbearers for Paralympics in Beijing (with photos)

The Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, Mr Thomas Chow (center, back row), today (September 6) watched and cheered for the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Torch Relay in Beijing to bolster the morale of Hong Kong athletes and torchbearers taking part in the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games.
