Non-Saturday territory-wide Flag Day

     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 27):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 27) is an endorsed non-Saturday territory-wide flag day, which is allocated to The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong to sell flags throughout the territory from 7am to 12.30pm.
