The following is issued on behalf of the Town Planning Board:

Please broadcast the following as soon as possible and repeat it at regular intervals:

     The Town Planning Board (TPB) announces that because of the issuing of tropical cyclone signal No.8, the scheduled morning meeting today (August 22) will be cancelled. If the tropical cyclone signal No.8 remains in force until 12.30 pm, the afternoon meeting will also be cancelled.

     Details of the re-scheduled meeting arrangements can be seen at TPB's website at http://www.tpb.gov.hk.
