The Government Property Agency today (August 14) announced the award of tenders to the highest bidders for Apartment 2 on 22/F and Car Parking Space No. 8 on C2 Floor and Apartment 2 on 27/F and Car Parking Space No. 40 on C1 Floor, both of Block A of Elm Tree Towers, No. 8 Chun Fai Road, Hong Kong (former Government quarters).
The sale price for Apartment 2 on 22/F and Car Parking Space No. 8 on C2 Floor of Block A of Elm Tree Towers is HK$26,010,000 and the sale price for Apartment 2 on 27/F and Car Parking Space No. 40 on C1 Floor of Block A of Elm Tree Towers is HK$28,010,000.
Details of the award of the tender were made available on the agencyˇ¦s website (www.gpa.gov.hk) today. All tenderers have been informed of the tender result in writing.
