     Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 30):

     The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (July 30) is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to The Society for the Relief of Disabled Children, Society for Abandoned Animals Limited and Pok Oi Hospital to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
