CE concludes visit to northeast provinces (with photos)

    The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, and the Hong Kong business delegation were in Dalian today (July 26) to conclude their visit to the three northeast provinces.

    They visited Donggang Port Area to learn about Dalian’s development plan and explore business opportunities between Hong Kong and Dalian in infrastructure, real estate, commerce and retail businesses.

    They then toured Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd to understand the Mainland’s shipbuilding industry. Through the visit, they had a chance to identify areas where related industries in Hong Kong could play a role.

    The delegation returned to Hong Kong late this afternoon.
