    Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 26):

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. United Hearts Youth Foundation Limited, Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children and Hong Kong Outlying Islands Women's Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
