The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of a six-storey building at No 132 Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Kowloon.
Details of the tender are contained in the Government Gazette published today (July 18).
The property is a composite tenement building completed in 1967. It was acquired by the Government through litigation. The ground floor unit is now used as a restaurant and the upper floor units are either vacant or being used for domestic purposes. The subject property is to be sold subject to existing tenancies.
Three units, 1/F, 3/F and 4/F of the building, will be open for inspection. Interested parties are required to make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency for arrangement before inspection.
Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Monday to Friday). They can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: http://www.gpa.gov.hk.
Interested tenderers must submit their tenders before noon on August 8. Late tenders will not be accepted.
