The Town Planning Board today (July 4) announced amendments to the draft Tuen Mun Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments involve rezoning Area 20 from "Residential (Group B)" ("R(B)") to "R(B)6", "R(B)7", "R(B)8" and "R(B)9", rezoning Lot 378 & Extension in DD 376 from "R(B)4" to "R(B)8", and stipulating plot ratio and/or building height restrictions for "R(B)4", "R(B)6", "R(B)7", "R(B)8" and "R(B)9" zones.
The draft Tuen Mun OZP No. S/TM/24, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection during office hours at the secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in the North Point and the Sha Tin Government Offices, the Tuen Mun and Yuen Long District Planning Office, the Tuen Mun District Office and the Tuen Mun Rural Committee.
Any person can make representation in respect of the amendments in writing to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before September 4, 2008. Representations made to the board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft Tuen Mun OZP are available for sale at Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the plan can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website at www.info.gov.hk/tpb/.
