    "Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:

    As the tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 is now in force, classes of all schools are suspended today.

    If the Hong Kong Observatory replaces it with the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 by 10.30 am, bisessional PM primary schools and evening schools will resume today."
