Registered electors should report any change of address or other registration particulars to the Registration and Electoral Office (REO) by next Monday (June 30).
"Failure to do so may affect their eligibility to vote in the Legislative Council election in September," an REO spokesperson said today (June 25).
Registered electors can submit their notifications by mail to the REO at 10/F, Guardian House, 32 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, or by fax to 2891 1180.
Relevant forms can be downloaded at the voter registration website, www.voterregistration.gov.hk. They are also available from the REO, District Offices, post offices, or management offices of public housing estates.
The final registers will be published not later than July 25.
