Running from today (June 20) to October 9 at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, "A Eulogy of Hong Kong Landscape in Painting: The Art of Huang Bore", featuring about 180 works by Huang Bore, offers visitors an opportunity to relish the beauty of Hong Kong's landscape in the 1950s and 1960s. Pictured is one of the exhibits, "Victoria Peak", created in 1958. The blue-and-green landscape of this painting represents a traditional rendition of a section of a hillside pathway seen from the western end of Lugard Road with the lighthouse of Green Island in the background.
