| The "Sports Arena" exhibition will be held from tomorrow (June 20) to January 4, 2009, at the Hong Kong Science Museum. The exhibition aims to promote physical wellness through sports, nutritional awareness and healthy lifestyles. It features dozens of exhibits with many highly interactive activities that cover a range of sports, many of which are Olympic events. These exhibits are specially designed to introduce to visitors the nature of, skills involved in and scientific principles behind Olympic events and other popular sports.
Picture shows one of the exhibits, "Balance Beam". Walking on a 10-cm wide competition balance beam is not easy. You will see why some gymnasts say "it's all in the nose" as you watch your own in the mirror at the end of the beam.
