    A total of 344 persons were injured and one died in 281 traffic accidents, which occurred throughout Hong Kong last week (June 8 to 14, 2008).

    Fifty-four of these accidents occurred on Hong Kong Island, 104 in Kowloon and 123 in the New Territories.
