| The Launching Ceremony of the Mandatory Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme, jointly organised by the Environment Bureau and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, was officially launched today (May 3) at MegaBox, Kowloon Bay. The purpose of the event was to enhance public awareness of the Mandatory Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme.
