LWB responds to Labour Day public meetings and processions

    In response to the public meetings and processions to observe Labour Day today (May 1), a spokesman for the Labour and Welfare Bureau said:

    ˇ§The Government is highly concerned about workersˇ¦ rights and strives to create a harmonious labour relationship. In view of the ever-changing social environment and needs, we shall, taking into account the needs of both employers and employees, review our labour policies from time to time to respond to developments on the social and economic front.ˇ¨
