The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) has alerted the public to a fraudulent website with the domain name "www.dingfen.net". The website looks similar to the website of Zurich Insurance Group (Hong Kong) (Zurich HK).
Zurich HK has clarified that it has no connection with the fraudulent website. The case was reported to Police for follow up action.
Anyone who has provided his or her personal information to the fraudulent website or has conducted any transactions through the website should immediately contact the Police (Commercial Crime Bureau hotline no.: 2860 5012) or seek clarification via the hotline set up by Zurich HK on 2968 2222.
