The Director of Civil Engineering and Development, Mr Chai Sung-veng(left), and a representative from China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited today (January 28) signed a $2.063 billion contract for carrying out site formation works and associated engineering infrastructures at Anderson Road in East Kowloon.
