The Town Planning Board today (January 25) announced amendments to the approved Kwun Tong (North) Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments include the rezoning of an area near the junction of Po Lam Road and Sau Mau Ping Road from "Other Specified Uses" ("OU") annotated "Amenity Area" to "Government, Institution or Community(1)"; and the rezoning of two linear shaped areas at the junction of Po Lam Road and Sau Mau Ping Road from "OU (Amenity Area)" to area shown as 'Road'.
The Notes of the OZP are also updated in accordance with the latest refinements to the Revised Master Schedule of Notes to Statutory Plans.
The draft Kwun Tong (North) OZP No. S/K14N/10, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in the North Point and Sha Tin Government Offices, the Kowloon District Planning Office and the Kwun Tong District Office.
Any person may make written representations in respect of the amendments to the secretary of the board on or before March 25. Representations made to the board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the board's website at http://www.info.gov.hk/tpb/.
