Hospital Authority responds to court ruling

The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:

    In response to media enquiries, The Hospital Authority (HA) spokesman gave the following response:

    HA noted and respected the court judgment this morning (January 21).  In view of the complexity of the content of the court ruling, it will take some time for HA to examine and respond in details.  In the meantime, we will continue to work closely with frontline doctors to implement the measures for improving doctors' career and working environment.
