Two jetfoils collided off Macau at about 8.30pm yesterday (January 11), causing about 100 injuries.
All the injured were sent to hospitals in Macau for treatment.
The Marine Department is keeping close liaison with the Maritime Administration of Macao and the Shun Tak – China Travel Ship Management Limited to offer all the assistance required.
The Director of Marine has ordered an investigation into the accident.
