The Government intends to conduct reconstruction and improvement work at Fuk Man Road Nullah, Sai Kung.
The work, which will affect about 2,460 square metres of foreshore and seabed at the nullah, is scheduled to start in September 2008 for completion by August 2011.
A notice describing the extent of the area affected is gazetted today (December 7).
The notice together with a related plan can be seen on notice boards posted near the site. The plan can also be seen at the Lands Department Survey and Mapping Office, 23/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, and at the Sai Kung District Office, 2nd Floor, Sai Kung Government Offices Building, 34 Chan Man Street, Sai Kung.
Anyone who considers that he has an interest, right or easement in or over the foreshore and seabed involved may submit a written objection to the Director of Lands, 20/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, on or before February 7, 2008.
