Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, today (December 3) attended the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation and exchange of information between Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange. Professor K C Chan and representatives from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding.
