Commissioner of Correctional Services, Mr Kwok Leung-ming (right), presents a gold award to Mr Kwok Yung-miu, owner of Chung Ki Laundry and Dry Clean Company, in honour of the company''s effort in offering jobs to rehabilitated offenders.
