    Please broadcast the following special announcement this morning (November 10), and repeat it at frequent intervals.

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. The Royal British Legion (Hong Kong & China Branch), Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power and Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service - Hong Kong will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.

    For enquiries on the regional flag day, people can call the department's hotline at 2343 2255, or Social Welfare Department headquarters at 2832 4311 during office hours.
