| The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Frederick Ma, today (October 6) officiated at the Opening of the HKFYG Jockey Club LEAD Centre at Cyberport, which is the pioneering activity base to promote creativity learning with technology in Hong Kong under the "Learning through Engineering, Art and Design (LEAD) Project".
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr Ma said, "The LEAD project, with the mission to nurture and sustain innovation and creativity in young people, and with the strong commitment from local and overseas organizations, is a perfect example of community partnership in promoting innovation and technology."
